Bryson Greenwood, MD

Assistant Professor of Medical Education in Family Medicine

Bryson Greenwood is a family doctor dedicated to team-based, whole-person care, with a focus on people with complex medical needs, including significant psychosocial concerns.  He provides care in Spanish and LGBTQ healthcare and currently sees patients at Athens Wellness Clinic.   

As an educator, Dr. Greenwood has enjoyed teaching around the curriculum, including Small Group Learning, Clinical Skills, Community & Population Health, and Simulation.  He has precepted residents and taught in sessions including nutrition, professional identity formation, and cultural humility. He loves collaborating with students and colleagues to improve our pre-clerkship curriculum and prepare our graduates to thrive as excellent physicians and lifelong learners.
